Arriving at 7.30 pm, our rooms were not ready but were offered a higher floor at no extra charge, placed at the end abutting the hill. The staff were very friendly and polite, though the hotel could benefit from more trained employees. The location was serene up next to the mountains, but slightly away from the city center. The dining experience was very tasty and fulfilling, especially at Lotus Cafe. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed to a pleasant stay.

Upon arrival, the room was clean and comfortable after a short delay. The view from the room was great, but the hotel needs renovation and the entrance is often crowded due to functions. Early check-in was not accommodated. The service was lacking at times. On the positive side, the khichdi served was excellent, but it took a while to locate the hotel. The location is serene but slightly distant from the center and transportation. Dining offered a wide variety of dishes, while the facilities were top-notch.
